Generally, you will receive an email with tracking information in 2-3 days after the order is placed. Your Magicycle E-bike will be delivered at your door by FedEx in 3-7 days depending on your location. -
+Can I ride a Magicycle in the rain?
Sure, all Magicycle ebikes are IP55 water-resistant and can be ridden in the rain. However, we don't recommend riding ebikes on rainy days as it could be dangerous. -
+What is the top speed of the Magicycle?
The Jaguarundi can reach a top speed of 25 mph, and the rest of other models, including Cruiser Pro , Ocelot Pro, Deer, etc, can reach a top speed of 28 mph. -
+How long does Magicycle take to ship?
In general, any order will be shipped in 2 business days after being ordered unless there are special circumstances. -
+How do you transport an e-bike in a truck?
You can store a folded Jaguarundi in the trunk of a truck. As for regular models, you can use a car rack to transport them. -

Only class 2 ebikes can be ridden without pedaling as they have throttles. -

Water-resistant electric bikes could still work properly if they get wet, but it's best to dry them out in case the electronics short out. -
+How do I make my Magicycle ebikes faster?
Basically, there is a speed limit option in the settings that allows riders to make any Magicycle electric bike faster. Also, you could adjust the PAS level to the highest so that you can get more power output while pedaling. -
+How do you turn on Magicycle ebikes?
There is a power button on the left side of the handlebar. You just need to press and hold it for 2 -3 seconds turn on the bike. -
