I’ll start by saying, I have already bought a second one.
First purchase was green deer step thru.
Same purchase for wife with the yellow on second one.
I received my bike a few days ago. Great packaging in shipping box. I was nervous at first with fed ex as carrier. Seems they are more notorious for damaged packages. But all was well.
Upon unboxing the set up/ install of the few items was super easy. Instructions came with, but did not use as the ease of install. Stick a tire on, attach handlebars, put on pedals and you’re ready to go.
Nice metal pedals, love the hand grips, very comfortable, full sus makes it a very nice ride with the fat tires. Is it heavy? Yes. But, the power and pedal assist makes it a great bike to still cruise on or go off road. The weight of the bike disappears, if you need a workout, just use assist level 1, and pedal. Before this purchase I looked at e bikes extensively. For me this one had the beef, comfort, power, motor, and screen I was looking for. There are a lot of e bike options out there. Entire family is hooked now and more e-bikes will be purchased. I could add a lot more or pros and cons between manufacturers and style and all the other stuff. So do yourself a favor magicycle site even makes it nice with the slide scale is this the right bike for your height and fit, etc. Thanks for making it even easier for me to decide. Plus the two year warranty. So much fun. I look forward to riding further and more.

I bought this from a local dealer about 8 weeks ago. The Deer is awesome. I’m 6’2’’ and 225 lbs. the 26 inch fits great. I ride every day with family members and this has given us a new way to get out and enjoy the outdoors! I ride on paved and rocky trails. The full suspension is a dream. The Deer has plenty of power and the battery lasts a long time. Can’t wait to get out and explore more of the trails around us.

The ride is awesome and easy to operate. The cruse controls are the nicest feature. The levels of peddle assist are wonderful, you can barely peddle and the bike does 95% of the work. Its top speed on its highest setting is fast, very fast.

What are the effects and functions of the hydraulic suspension front fork?
Alloy front suspension fork with lockout and adjustment, 80mm travel distance. The hydraulic suspension front fork allows the wheel to "travel" along the fork for a few inches. This dynamic movement helps absorb the jarring impact of rough terrain and gives the rider a more comfortable ride.
How to reach 28 mph?
The default speed setting is 20mph, Magicyclebike is able to reach 28mph (45km).
First, press the "+" and "-" buttons at the same time. Then the setting page shows up in the display.
Second, select the "Advanced" option and press the "i" button to open the advanced setting page.
Third, select the "Power Set" option, which determines how many levels the pedal assistance provides. The default value is 0-7. Set it to 0-5 and then press the "i" button to save it. After this, a small sub-page will come up showing the voltage percentage that is put on each level of pedal assistance. Set level 5 from 96% to 100%.

What kind of weather can I ride in?
Magicycle is built to the IPX6 water-resistant standard. It indicates your bike is resistant to multi-directional water splashes, meaning it is okay to ride or park your Magicycle in the rain. Light to moderate raindrops or splashes from a wet road will not harm your ebike, but be wary of harsher weather and rainfall conditions. Additionally, do not stay too long in heavy rain.
The general rule of thumb is, if weather impacts your visibility and has the possibility to affect your bike's functionality, it is likely not a safe riding condition. With that in mind, safe riding!
