E-bikes are large and heavy. Being only 5’7, many bikes are too big really. The Ocelot Pro takes care of that problem while exceeding the performance of the other bikes. Customer service is awesome. I got replies on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Was not expecting that. All in all, I love the Ocelot Pro! Going to be buying 2 more.
Bought for my husband for Christmas, he barely gets to ride it because everyone else in the family wants to have a turn. He’s even taking it out to his blind in the bush hunting. Love it!

I received my bike a few days ago. Great packaging in shipping box. I was nervous at first with fed ex as carrier. Seems they are more notorious for damaged packages. But all was well.
Upon unboxing the set up/ install of the few items was super easy. Instructions came with, but did not use as the ease of install. Stick a tire on, attach handlebars, put on pedals and you’re ready to go.
Nice metal pedals, love the hand grips, very comfortable, full sus makes it a very nice ride with the fat tires. Is it heavy? Yes. But, the power and pedal assist makes it a great bike to still cruise on or go off road. The weight of the bike disappears, if you need a workout, just use assist level 1, and pedal. Before this purchase I looked at e bikes extensively. For me this one had the beef, comfort, power, motor, and screen I was looking for. There are a lot of e bike options out there. Entire family is hooked now and more e-bikes will be purchased. I could add a lot more or pros and cons between manufacturers and style and all the other stuff. So do yourself a favor magicycle site even makes it nice with the slide scale is this the right bike for your height and fit, etc. Thanks for making it even easier for me to decide. Plus the two year warranty. So much fun. I look forward to riding further and more.
Love my bike, I’m not happy about the fact that it did not come with the free bike rack and they didn’t mention it was out of stock, so I had to call to ask why it wasn’t with the bike, still waiting on it a month later. Still no rack!
Started on 4/9/24 started a repair waited to long ordered the part and still waiting on it 5 weeks to get my bike repaired , will no longer be buying from magicycle in the future
Do not trust this battery. Has no UL sticker. I received my with a messed up battery casing and there customer service told me to take it apart and fix it. It voids the warranty. When you charge it inside your home smells like battery acid.
Don't buy them. You have shit loads of problems with it and know one to fix it in the United States. Tell them to keep their China shit in China. Lemons!
Do not purchase this item. It will over heat your phone and destroy it.
