Front suspension fork failed. Warranty claim denied.

I have had my Ocelot Pro for about 15 months and the front suspension fork has stopped working (no suspension). Company has denied my warranty claim. I did send in requested pictures and a video but no good. Had to order and pay for a new one. Good luck if you ever experience a failed front suspension fork.
